Just the right amount of senna is included to give definite cleansing benefits. The capsule dosage form is preferred by many consumers for its convenience. Ingredients: Active Ingredients: Psyllium seed husks, 2.5 grams per dose; Senna extract providing 12 mg sennosides per dose. Other Ingredients: Acacia gum, barley bran, dandelion root, fruit pectin, ginger root, oat bran, red clover tops. Dosage: Usual Adult Dosage: 5 capsules, one to three times a day.
