Fiber Plus?Caps provide all the benefits of fiber, to restore and promote regularity, plus the additional colon cleansing benefits of senna. The fiber formula includes all five fiber types. Just the right amount of senna is included to give definite cleansing benefits. The capsule dosage form is preferred by many consumers for its convenience. Ingredients: Active Ingredients: Psyllium seed husks, 2.5 grams per dose; Senna extract providing 12 mg sennosides per dose. Other Ingredients: Acacia gum, barley bran, dandelion root, fruit pectin, ginger root, oat bran, red clover tops. Dosage: Usual Adult Dosage: 5 capsules, one to three times a day. Children (6-12): Half adult dose. Directions: Start by taking 1 dose each day. Gradually increase to 3 doses per day as needed. Swallow one capsule at a time.
